The Denholme Velvets Mill Shop, established in 1982, is a much visited Yorkshire attraction. Regular customers include local dressmakers, brides-to-be and fashion students. Over the years the shop has also had orders from big fashion names for international catwalk shows.Visitors to the Mill Shop can be assured of a first class service. Jenny, the shop manager has worked at Denholme Velvets for nearly 20 years. Dress velvet is the most popular type sold and the latest bright fashion colours and new bold prints are available. The shop also offers a wide selection of curtain velvet. |

shop is open for business every weekday afternoon 1:00pm to 5:00pm and 9:00am to 5:00pm on
a Saturday. A large selection of velvets direct from the Mill are available at factory
prices. Additionally the shop operates a mail order service (Access and Visa welcome) for
